Dr. Kira Vimalakanthan's Sessions

Psychological Safety Breakout Session

This session explores how children and families develop a sense of social safety through warm, respectful, and caring relationships. Using compassion-focused and trauma-informed approaches, participants will learn how everyday interactions can help build trust, reduce stress, and support emotional well-being. When children and families feel safe and connected, they are better able to communicate, participate, learn, and thrive.
