Breakout Session
This keynote highlights the importance of connection as the foundation for growth and well-being in both children and adults. It encourages early years professionals to shift from a focus on «teaching» and correcting behaviour toward building meaningful relationships that foster resilience, inclusion, and emotional safety. Using insights from neuroscience, real-life examples, and practical strategies, participants will learn how to better understand behaviour, support co-regulation, and create environments where everyone feels valued, understood, and supported. The session reframes behaviour as an opportunity for connection rather than a problem to be fixed.
