Participants will examine the goals of the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) system and reflect on its impact on equity, inclusion, and access. This session focuses on critically exploring the connections between policy, practice, and privatization, while encouraging meaningful discussion about the future of early childhood education and care in Canada.
